Our president Maurizio Prete co-hosted the talk The Colors of Leadership
What are the colors and shades of successful leadership? On Sunday afternoon, our President Maurizio Prete shared his testimony at the Biennale del Colore in Magenta to explore how differences within organizations can foster cohesion and collaboration.
The talk The Colors of Leadership, curated with Mahsa Bohlooli Zamani (Global Supply Chain Expert at Webuild and member of the Miticoro New Leaders community), brought together the color and leadership through diverse experiences and cultures, discovering how we lead, communicate, and cooperate in different contexts.
The session concluded with a workshop based on another crucial question for the future: What is Europe to you?, the photographic story by Lisa Borgiani, who has been traveling across and beyond the continent since 2019 asking everyone she portraits what Europe represents to them. An initiative supported by Fondazione Miticoro that documents the evolving ideas, feelings, and visions toward an increasingly ambitious shared project.
We are used to defining color as a simple perceptual phenomenon. In reality, it is so much more: a form of expression, a cultural substance, and a tool capable of building connections, encouraging creativity, and fostering social innovation and inclusion.
Fondazione Miticoro is partner of the first edition of the Biennale del Colore, a new festival dedicated to the power of color and to research and experimentation in contemporary art.
Installations, exhibitions, talks, experiences, and widespread events brought Magenta (the only city since 1859 to give its name to a primary color) to life from October 9 to 25, engaging associations, schools, local businesses, and citizens.
