To propose a key to understanding the future and managing the growing complexity of organizations, taking as a reference Humanistic Leadership and the complexity model that evaluates the impact of major external transformations on individuals and organizations.

Complexity - International edition

Training and development of international talents

Purpose

To support the growth, in the corporate world, of young people with high development potential.

Participants

Talents in companies and organizations from different sectors and countries. Young managers who are preparing to face greater organizational complexity.

Method

A 3-year program that includes each year: an in-person module that ends with an action plan, an intermediate follow-up between two modules, which allows for discussion of the progress, 1 company project, which is presented at the end of the third module.

Integrated activities

To create opportunities for peer2peer exchange and contaminate participants with experiences from different sectors and an intergenerational comparison.

Customization for companies

The program can be customized for the international talents of a single company.
