Senior Mentorship​

Purpose

To create a diverse but homogeneous community in values that is committed to transmit experience and sharing values with new leaders and that is made up of expert leaders who want to transfer their experience to other generations and accept the challenge of comforting and learning.

Objectives of the mentors

  • To support mentees in their growth as leaders, in line with the principles of “humanistic leadership”

  • To be an element of comparison for mentees during complex decision-making processes or difficult-to-interpret situations

  • To provide mentees with broader visions in change management situations

  • To promote communication and intergenerational exchange

  • To contribute to the creation and development of an impact community, through common growth.
